Billy has worked in various multinational financial institutions, banks, and insurance companies. He has focused on serving high-net-worth clients for many years with his in-depth knowledge of Mainland China and Hong Kong markets.

Co-founder of Corporate Compliance SG, has a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology and has been living in Singapore for over 30 years. He is familiar with the Singapore business environment and has years of headhunting experience in the finance and technology industries. With his expertise, Dr. Stephen is able to accurately identify the needs of clients and provide professional services.
